Lorna Clyne Awarded a BEM for Contribution to Hockey

That the Parliament congratulates Lorna Clyne, who is from Banchory, on being awarded a BEM by The Queen in recognition of her service to hockey in Scotland; acknowledges that Lorna, who started playing the sport at school, has been competing, coaching and volunteering for 48 years; acknowledges that it has played a significant role in her life; notes that she won 20 trophies during her playing career; commends Lorna's commitment to continuing to help others in the sport; recognises that her dedication has supported hundreds of players, particularly those who she trained at Aberdeen, now Granite City, Wanderers, where she is the president; believes that the club is hugely grateful for the support that Lorna provides, and sends her its best wishes.
