That the Parliament congratulates the Wishaw footballer, David Turnbull, on being named the Scottish Football Writers' Association Young Player of the Year; notes that David, who plays for Motherwell FC, scored 15 goals in the Ladbrokes Premiership during his breakthrough season in the first team, and wishes him well in all future endeavours.
