That the Parliament warmly congratulates Cove Rangers on being promoted to the SPFL following a 7-0 aggregate victory over Berwick Rangers in the League Two Play-off Final; notes that Cove is the first side to gain promotion to the SPFL from the Highland League under the play-off system, and wishes its players, staff and fans the best of luck for next season and beyond.
