Includem Receives Excellent Rating from the Care Inspectorate

That the Parliament congratulates the charity, Includem, which works with vulnerable young people in Fife and is led by the young people involved, on being awarded the Care Inspectorate's top rating for a third year; notes that Includem was founded in 2000 and launched its Glenrothes office three years later; understands that, since then, it has helped hundreds of young people with complex support needs and their families across Fife; further understands that, in the last year, it has worked with approximately 100 young people in Fife aged five to 25 and, at any one time, its 12-strong team and sessional support workers support approximately 50 young people and their families; acknowledges that clients are referred by Fife Council's social work team and are allocated a mentor, assistant project worker and a project worker, and that there is a 24-hour helpline supporting clients 365 days per year, and wishes everyone at Includem continued success.
