That the Parliament congratulates the makeup college, GlamCandy, on its recent success at the Aberdeen Business Awards, at which its lead artist, Amanda McCarthy, won the Best Makeup Artist category; understands that it is Scotland's biggest makeup college, with permanent locations in Edinburgh, Dunfermline and Aberdeen, and the first private makeup college to offer SQA-accredited qualifications; believes that its students benefit from its strategic partnerships with top brands such as Illamasqua, Kryolan, Caudalie and Karla Powell, and wishes it the best of luck for the Scotland-wide Official Makeup Awards, at which it has been shortlisted for the Training Provider of the Year title.
