That the Parliament congratulates James Cochrane-Dyet, Head of Facilities at Deeside Rugby, who has been awarded the Scottish Rugby Tennent’s Volunteer of the Month for March 2019; recognises that this award was given as recognition for his continued efforts in managing and developing Deeside Rugby at Woodend, Banchory; thanks Scottish Rugby for its continued acknowledgment of the vital role of volunteers in making Scottish Rugby such a great success, and thanks all volunteers who contribute to the success of sport in Scotland.
