That the Parliament congratulates Mrs Elspeth Campbell, who is from Dollar, on her 100 birthday; acknowledges that the Lord Lieutenant of Clackmannanshire, Lt Col Johnny Stewart, personally delivered a congratulatory card to Elspeth on behalf of The Queen; notes that, for over 20 years, she and her family lived in Tillicoultry, where her late husband, the Rev Pat Campbell, was minister of Tillicoultry Parish Church; acknowledges that, among her many visitors, Elspeth was delighted to meet the current Tillicoultry minister, the Rev Alison Britchfield, who delivered a flower arrangement and card signed by her friends in the congregation, and wishes Elspeth all the very best.
