First Woman to Lift Dinnie Steens Without Straps

That the Parliament congratulates Emmajane Smith, who is 33, on becoming the first woman to lift the Dinnie Steens in Potarch unassisted by wrist straps; recognises that she has now become the 98th person on record to lift the stones without straps; acknowledges that the stones weigh a total of 333kg, and wishes her all the best in her future stone-lifting ventures.
