Lynne Watson, Cullen Skink World Champion

That the Parliament congratulates Lynne Watson, who is from Cullen, on being crowned the Cullen Skink World Champion at the sixth annual championships, were held in the Cullen Bay Hotel; recognises that the competition was introduced to celebrate the heritage of the soup, which uses smoked haddock, potatoes, onion and cream as its main ingredients; acknowledges that Lynne owns and runs a café in the town, Lily’s Kitchen, which she used for practicing and where her Cullen skink is on the menu; appreciates that she used her mum’s recipe for the competition, and commends Lynne on her victory.
