That the Parliament congratulates the Ardrossan Music Experience on securing £98,950 from the Big Lottery Fund’s Awards for All Scotland programme; understands that the group will use the funding to continue to run a programme of music events in Ardrossan, including songwriting and performance workshops, gigs featuring local performers, concerts for older people and a series of local foodbank awareness events; notes that the group will also organise a music event in July 2018 and its annual Sound on the Sand event in September, and wishes Ardrossan Music Experience all the best for these events and all other endeavours going forward.
