That the Parliament welcomes the news that Kieran Hingston, who is an assistant Cub Scout leader from Carnoustie and a member of the South Angus Scout Active Support Unity and South Angus Scout Network, is fundraising for a trip of a lifetime to help build a national Scout centre in Madagascar after being chosen to take part in an expedition to that country; understands that he has completed an abseil from the Falkirk Wheel as part of his fundraising effort, and wishes Kieran good luck with his other plans and the expedition.
