Unforgotten Forces

That the Parliament recognises the work of Unforgotten Forces, a collaboration of 15 organisations, led by Poppyscotland, which have joined forces to improve the support available for veterans in Scotland over the age of 65, and their families; notes that the groups involved include Action on Hearing Loss Scotland, Age Scotland, the Armed Services Advice Project, Defence Medical Welfare Service, Erskine, Fares4Free, ILM Highland, Legion Scotland, Luminate, Music in Hospitals & Care Scotland, Poppyscotland, the Scottish Older People’s Assembly, Scottish War Blinded, SSAFA and the University of the West of Scotland; welcomes these organisations' commitment to partnership working as a means of delivering much needed high quality advice and support to older veterans and their families; commends all those involved in Unforgotten Forces for their efforts, and wishes the project continued success.
