That the Parliament congratulates Craig Wilson, who is the owner of the award-winning restaurant, Eat On The Green, on organising a Friends of ANCHOR charity event in December 2017 at Udny Green Church, which raised over £35,000; notes that the event started with a service of hope, which featured a performance by Susan Boyle, and was followed by people joining together to create a human anchor to symbolise hope, strength and solidarity against cancer; recognises that, in the last three years, Craig has raised around £80,000 to support the ANCHOR unit’s Dream Big appeal, which aims to recruit a world-class research team to Aberdeen; commends Craig for his dedication, and welcomes the positive contribution that his fundraising efforts have towards supporting people with cancer.
