Colin Black

That the Parliament congratulates Colin Black, who is a businessman from Lyne of Skene, on being honoured with the Society of Petroleum Engineers' International Distinguished Service Award, in recognition of his work in transforming the way that energy topics are taught in schools; recognises that Colin has dedicated over 25 years to encouraging pupils into STEM subjects and careers in the oil and gas sector globally; notes that this has included organising technical events and driving forward the adoption of Energy4Me in the curriculum, and wishes him all the best for the future.
