That the Parliament acknowledges the work of Celebrity Masterchef, Gary Maclean, and Cancer Research UK in backing a campaign calling on restrictions on junk food and multi-buy offers in order to try and reverse what it understands is the country's growing obesity problem, and notes that Obesity and Cancer Awareness Week will run from 9 to 15 October 2017, which seeks to bring attention to the link between obesity and cancer.
