That the Parliament congratulates St Lucy’s Youth Zone from St Lucy’s Catholic Church in Cumbernauld on being awarded £9,480 from the Big Lottery Fund; appreciates that the funding will be used to support children, young people and their families in the parish community and the wider Cumbernauld area by providing opportunities to participate in community events, such as family social nights, fun days and outings; commends the work of the volunteers for their efforts in reaching out to the whole community in a spirit of inclusivity, and wishes the group every success for the future.
