Hamilton Restaurateur Wins Chef of the Year at the Scottish Curry Awards

That the Parliament congratulates the Hamilton restaurateur, Ajmal Mushtaq, on being crowned Scottish Chef of the Year 2017 at the Scottish Curry Awards; recognises his outstanding achievements as a multi-award winning chef and commitment to healthy cuisine, and wishes the management team and staff at Mushtaq's continuing success in the future.
