Martin Evans Awarded £3,108 from the Social Entrepreneurs Fund

That the Parliament congratulates Martin Evans on being awarded £3,108 from the Social Entrepreneurs Fund; recognises that money from the fund is distributed by Firstport, which provides free business advice and financial support to individuals who want to start a business that will help people and communities; understands that Martin will use the funding to set up Digital Maker (Awesome Tech), which will provide workshops and training in digital making and associated technology aimed at tackling the skills gap and extending opportunities for young people; acknowledges that his long term aim is to develop the skills of primary school children and accelerate their learning so that they have a better chance of pursuing careers in this field, and wishes him success in the future.
