That the Parliament congratulates the chief executive of the Scottish Energy Association (SEA), Hector Grant, on his work at the organisation; notes that he has been in post since 2013 and has seen SEA through challenging times and its rebranding, and wishes Hector the very best of luck in his future endeavours.
