That the Parliament congratulates Nicky Mason and Heather Smith of Amec Foster Wheeler, which is an offshore and onshore oil and gas project services supplier, on winning national awards; understands that Nicky won the Women in Engineering Award and Heather was named National Apprentice of the Year at a recent ceremony, and commends Nicky, who is based in Aberdeen, on her work promoting STEM education in schools and driving change through the company’s diversity and inclusion programme, and Heather on her efforts through Skills Scotland events to explain to young people how to embark on careers in engineering design.
