That the Parliament congratulates everyone at Linlithgow Natural Grid on its award of £25,000 from the Local Energy Challenge Fund for its project, Heat from the Street; understands that this aims to capture heat from the town's waste water system by using pumps powered by solar electricity to develop a heat network for buildings; believes that this will enable them to reduce their reliance on the gas and electricity grids; considers that community-led projects to develop renewable resources are of benefit both to the economy and the environment, and wishes all at the project well with this and future endeavours.
