That the Parliament notes with concern the ongoing issues reportedly raised by workers in relation to the proposed sale of BrewDog; condemns what it sees as the company’s failure to actively engage with workers in the process and for prioritising private equity over its workers; further condemns the reported use of contractual loopholes to reduce shifts, which, it believes, means that workers are effectively losing up to a week's pay each month; pays tribute to the hard work of union members in the Aberdeen branch of Unite Hospitality in demanding that workers have a seat at the table and that hospitality workers are treated with the same respect afforded to other professions, and expresses its solidarity with the workers affected by the decisions of senior company leadership.
