That the Parliament congratulates the Elgin-based Abbie’s Sparkle Foundation on reaching the £1 million fundraising mark; celebrates the work of the charity in bringing happiness to nearly 3,000 children undergoing cancer treatment through gifts, grants and experiences, brightening the lives of the young people and their families, and pays tribute to Abbie Main, the founder of the charity and its namesake, who died on 25 December 2017 aged 15 after having cancer for four years and who wished to raise money “for hospitals and stuff”.
