That the Parliament congratulates Jan Blackwood McCulloch Haynes, of Mauchline, who has been honoured with an award of the Order of the British Empire (BEM) in The King's New Year Honours List 2026, for services to practice management and education; understands that Jan is practice manager of Barns Medical Practice in Ayr, where she has significant operational and strategic responsibility; commends Jan for her service, and recognises this significant honour.
