That the Parliament congratulates Wilma Milligan, of Prestwick, who has been appointed an MBE in The King’s New Year Honours List 2026 for services to Charity and Food Poverty; understands that Wilma has worked to support the establishment of foodbanks in Ayr and Maybole, which have provided food to thousands of people over the years; notes that, following her work as a carer, Wilma has stayed active in a number of community groups and organisations; commends Wilma on her efforts, and wishes her every success for the future.
