That the Parliament congratulates Jim Green MBA on the publication of his memoir, Another Feg; notes that it pertains to Jim's recollections of his rise to success, starting out with nothing as a young Ferguslie boy but that "sans peur", without fear, Jim conquered the tribulations of growing up in poverty; believes that, despite the hardship, Jim has amazed all with his achievements, and wishes him the best of luck in all future endeavours.
