That the Parliament congratulates MindLink Multicultural Counselling & Psychological Services, which is based in Aberdeen city centre, on receiving a £13,355 grant from the National Lottery Community Fund; notes that MindLink was founded in 2025 and was created by Polish therapists and psychologists with lived migration experience who have made Scotland their home, from a service that was once run by the Polish Association Aberdeen; understands that this award will enable the organisation to expand its culturally-sensitive counselling service and deliver community workshops on identity, minority stress and emotional wellbeing; believes that this award recognises the value of MindLink’s commitment to delivering high-quality mental health support regardless of language, culture or background, and wishes everyone involved all the very best in delivering the programme of work this grant will support.
