That the Parliament congratulates St George’s Community Centre in Tillydrone, Aberdeen, on receiving a £20,000 grant from the National Lottery Community Fund; notes that St George’s Community Centre, which is managed and run entirely by local residents, was founded in 2023 and delivers an evolving range of community activities for residents in Tillydrone and surrounding areas; understands that this award, lasting for 12 months, will support the volunteer-led group’s only staff member to continue developing the group’s provision; believes that this award will help to ensure that the centre continues to offer a wide array of classes, clubs, events and services to the people of Tillydrone and beyond, and wishes all those involved the very best in their continued endeavours.
