That the Parliament congratulates the staff of Kincaid House Care Home in Greenock on their success at the 2025 Meallmore Colleague Awards, which celebrate excellence in care homes across Scotland; notes that the care home manager, Anne Gardner, was named Manager of the Year, while Emma Letson, Pamela Dooney and Aimee Thomson received the Meaningful Activities Award; further notes that the team was recognised for its dedication to enhancing the lives of residents and creating a supportive environment; acknowledges that the deputy manager, Alison Bradley, was shortlisted for the Positive Impact Award, and that Liz McGillivray reached the final of the Carer of the Year category; commends the commitment and professionalism of all staff at Kincaid House, and wishes them continued success in delivering high-quality care to the people of Inverclyde.
