That the Parliament congratulates Robert White, who works in the Parliament's mailroom, on being named Best Grassroots Referee at the SFA South East Region awards; acknowledges that Robert has been a long-term and valued member of the SFA; commends him on what it sees as the tremendous work that he does in both the Parliament and with grassroots football; understands that he is renowned for being a great referee and a positive influence, and wishes Robert all the best going forward.
