Aberdeen Action on Disability Limited Awarded £125,730 from the National Lottery Community Fund

That the Parliament congratulates Aberdeen Action on Disability Limited on receiving a £125,730 grant from the National Lottery Community Fund; understands that this award will allow the group to continue to deliver its programmes of support for accessing benefits, services and social activities to overcome isolation and loneliness for disabled people in Aberdeen; notes that Aberdeen Action on Disability Limited, which is based in the Bridge of Don area in Aberdeen, was founded in 1992 as a user-led organisation to give a helping hand to people with physical and sensory disabilities; commends the incredible work of all the staff at the group for all their hard work and efforts to help disabled people across Aberdeen, and wishes them all the best for the future.
