That the Parliament congratulates Queensferry RNLI for raising £6,600 at its annual open day in 2025; recognises the tireless efforts made by volunteers to engage the local community; highlights the work done by the RNLI’s Water Safety Education team to make sure that water safety advice was given to young people in a fun, yet effective manner; recognises all efforts put towards fundraising for the RNLI, and thanks all those involved in making the day possible, including the Queensferry Pipes and Drums for performing throughout the day, the Maid of the Forth, the emergency service crew and vehicles from the Scottish Ambulance Service and Blood Bikes Scotland for creating attractions, the Scottish Newfoundland Club for conducting a display of their water rescue skills, the Railbridge Bar and Bistro for sponsoring the event, and all of the local RNLI volunteers who put together this open day.
