That the Parliament welcomes the news that an afternoon tea held in memory of a Clacks woman raised over £1,700; understands that the event was held on 12 July 2025 at Ludgate Church, Alloa, to remember Adrienne Hilton; believes that Adrienne had been an active member in the Clackmannanshire community, having lived in the Wee County since 2000 and worked at the Gate Charity from its creation until 2021; understands that she had also enjoyed performing as part of the Hillfoots Harmony Chorus and was an active member of Rotary International since 2004; notes that Adrienne retired to France with her husband, Laurence, and passed away in January 2025, at the age of 62, at her home; acknowledges that a total of £1,715 was raised in cash and JustGiving donations, with £1,500 of this being donated to the British Heart Foundation and £215 to Diabetes UK; commends the generosity of all who attended, and sends its sincere condolences to Adrienne’s husband and family.
