That the Parliament congratulates Bella Laing on her retirement from NHS Grampian, where her career started back in 1979; understands that Bella was part of the NHS board's award-winning catering team, who were one of the first in the country to introduce a deli-cart service for young patients in 2016; commends her dedication to providing children with a choice of freshly prepared foods, and wishes her all the best for a well-earned retirement.
