That the Parliament welcomes the news that Aberdeen Restaurant Weeks will return to the Granite City from 1 to 14 September 2025; notes that the initiative, which is organised by Aberdeen Inspired, is intended to act as a showcase for the range and quality of Aberdeen’s restaurants, cafes and bars; understands that, as well as specially priced and curated menus being offered by participating eateries, there will be events such as the return of Secret Suppers, where people sign up for a mystery dining experience, as well as the Foodie Passport, offering the chance to win an Aberdeen Gift Card; believes that previous Aberdeen Restaurant Weeks have been a success in raising the profile of many Aberdeen hospitality venues, as well as generating interest in the many other cultural and entertainment attractions that the Granite City has to offer, and hopes that many people take the opportunity to enjoy new places that they have never eaten in before, as well as old favourites.
