That the Parliament understands that St Convals Blacks, a football team based in Linwood, Renfrewshire, has won the U13 Division 4 Plate; notes that St Convals Blacks is an under-13s team that belongs to the larger youth football club, St Convals, and plays in the Paisley, Johnstone and District Youth Football league; understands that the Division 4 plate was one of 38 pieces of silverware available to win across six age groups in the 2024-25 season; further understands that the team won the Under-13 Division 4 divisional plate final by beating Drumchapel Amateurs 5-2 on 31 May 2025 at KGV Renfrew; congratulates everyone associated with St Covals Blacks on winning this silverware, and wishes them well as they strive for more success in the future.
