That the Parliament congratulates Changes East Lothian on its befriending programme, which has successfully completed three years; notes that Changes' befriending programme connects people who are feeling lonely or isolated with friendly and supportive volunteer befrienders, to meet one-to-one on a regular basis; understands that the service has the aim of connecting the user with group-based activity to help them grow; commends the work of the volunteer befrienders, and thanks everyone at Changes East Lothian.
