That the Parliament notes that National Children’s Gardening Week 2025 will take place from 24 May to 1 June; understands that this initiative aims to inspire children’s curiosity and enthusiasm for gardening, particularly during a time of year when warmer weather allows for quick and visible results from sowing seeds, planting and other gardening activities; notes that the week seeks to capture children's natural eagerness to see things grow, helping them connect with nature and learn through hands-on experience, and recognises the therapeutic benefits through gardening activities in helping children and young people who may be finding school a challenge.
