That the Parliament congratulates Sky Dragon, on Blairdardie Road in Drumchapel, on winning the Best East Asian Takeaway award at the Spice Awards 2024; notes that the Spice Awards, known as Scotland's "Curry Oscars", took place on 9 September at Doubletree by Hilton in Glasgow city centre; understands that the winners were selected out of restaurants from across the country; believes that the awards, which are held annually, help to raise the profile of Asian cuisine in Scotland and are highly respected in the industry, and wishes the owners and staff at the Sky Dragon all the best for the future.
