That the Parliament congratulates Kilwinning Abbey Church on its 250th anniversary; notes that the Abbey Church of Kilwinning was built by John Garland and John Wright; further notes that the church was completed in 1774, on the site of its 16th century predecessor, which was located in the ruins of Kilwinning Abbey, founded c.1188; considers that the church is still at the heart of the community 250 years later, and commends the church on its work to support the community of Kilwinning.
