Inverurie and District Men’s Shed Celebrates 10th Anniversary

That the Parliament congratulates Inverurie and District Men’s Shed on its 10th anniversary; recognises that the Men’s Shed recently won the silver award for Best Men’s Shed in Scotland; understands that the shed, which opened in 2014, now has over 100 members; commends the work that the Men’s Shed does to support mental health amongst men through socialising, creating, passing on skills and learning new ones; acknowledges that, as a result of the hard work of volunteers and members, the Men’s Shed has grown in membership and in physical size with allotments and polytunnels joining its workshop, and wishes the members all the best in their future projects.
