Congratulating Cumnock's Derek Montgomery

That the Parliament recognises the fundraising efforts of Derek Montgomery from Cumnock, after raising £2,335 for Ayrshire Hospice; notes that Derek has been fundraising for charities for more than a decade; recognises that Derek’s first charitable effort was the Glasgow Half Marathon, which he completed for Cancer Research UK in 2010; congratulates Derek on running 10 London Marathons in a row, which he accomplished in 2021; recognises that Derek has received years of enthusiastic support from the local community in Cumnock and East Ayrshire more widely, and wishes Derek well with his future fundraising efforts after his well-deserved rest following the birth of his second grandchild.
