That the Parliament congratulates Mandeep Singh, of FES Group's Energy and Renewables Division, on being announced as Supporting Net Zero Apprentice of the Year at the Scottish Apprenticeship Awards 2024; understands that Mandeep is currently in his second year of an Electrical Installation Modern Apprentice with FES Group, which is headquartered in Stirling, and that he has put his passion for net zero to practical use through work that, it believes, has drastically reduced CO2 emissions and helped people in Scotland cut their energy bills through his involvement in solar farm and district heating projects across Scotland, and that he is being supported by West College Scotland; notes that the Scottish Apprenticeship Awards are delivered by Skills Development Scotland and celebrate the incredible work of Foundation, Modern and Graduate Apprentices, and recognises the dedicated employers, learning providers and individuals that champion apprenticeships.
