That the Parliament congratulates the Stirling winners at the fourth Scottish Cafe and Bakery Awards 2024, delivered by Creative Oceanic, and held at the DoubleTree By Hilton in Glasgow, on 18 February 2024; praises the Broch Cafe in Strathyre on winning Cafe of the Year (Central) and Jintz Express in Bannockburn on winning Espresso Bar of the Year, and wishes all winners at the fourth Scottish Cafe and Bakery Awards 2024 future success.
