Chat Boards Unveiled at Fife Park

  • Submitted by: Roz McCall, Mid Scotland and Fife, Scottish Conservative and Unionist Party.
  • Date lodged: Wednesday, 24 January 2024
  • Motion reference: S6M-11953

That the Parliament celebrates that Craigtoun Park has introduced excellent measures to support disabled visitors and people with communication problems; understands that the work to establish these measures is thanks to a collaboration between local foster parents and the group that looks after the St Andrews park; further understands that chat boards depicting symbols have been erected to help people communicate their needs and wants; believes that the difference that these boards make are invaluable to children with communication difficulties, and wishes all those who helped establish these improvements and those utilising them all the best for the future.
