The National Lottery Community Fund Supports Falkirk East Communities

That the Parliament congratulates the groups from the Falkirk East constituency that have been awarded a combined total of £20,660 in the latest funding round from the National Lottery Community Fund; understands that KLSB Community Group received a grant of £9,480 towards funding a community Christmas event to bring people together to enjoy each other’s company and showcase the area; further understands that Avonbridge Community Association received funding of £7,268 towards running a weekly community café in Avonbridge to encourage social wellbeing; understands that the Bo’ness Children’s Fair Festival received a grant of £3,912 to support the group hosting four free intergenerational events for the community, taking place at the Hippodrome in Bo’ness; congratulates these community groups on being awarded National Lottery Community Fund grants, and wishes them the best of luck as they progress with their respective projects.
