That the Parliament congratulates, and recognises the phenomenal success of, Scotland ice curling stars, led by skip Bruce Mouat, alongside Grant Hardie, Bobby Lammie and Hammy McMillan Jr, both from Stranraer, on winning the European Championships for a third consecutive time, and their fourth time overall; notes that they beat Sweden 6-5 in an extra-end thriller to claim the title at Curl Aberdeen at the weekend; acknowledges that this latest triumph by Team Mouat comes after it won the World Championships earlier in 2023, and took the silver medal at the Olympics in 2022, as well as five national titles, and wishes this remarkable curling team continued success in future competitions.
