That the Parliament congratulates Inverness golfer, Fraser MacKenzie, on an outstanding performance at the IMG Junior World Golf Championships in the United States of America; recognises that Fraser finished in 11th place in the Boys 11-12 age group, which saw a field of 150 of the top junior golfers from across the world; further recognises that MacKenzie was the top performing European golfer in the Boys 11-12 section at the World Championships; notes that Fraser regularly practices as a junior member at Inverness Golf Club, Kings Golf Club and Nairn Golf Club after starting to play the sport when he was three years old, and wishes Fraser well in future competitions.
