That the Parliament congratulates Isobel (Izzy) Moulds on being awarded the title of Newmains Citizen of the Year for 2023 at the Newmains Gala Day; understands that Izzy was awarded the title for her hard work and dedication to the community over many years; notes that Izzy has been instrumental in many of the community groups and committees, including the Newmains Gala Day, Newmains Community Council and Coltness Memorial Church; further notes her dedication to volunteering within the Living Well Charity Shop and her talented crafting displays that are often seen around Newmains and at the Coltness Craft Fayre; applauds the community in Newmains for getting behind Izzy in her endeavours to bring the community together, in turn contributing to the community spirit; commends Izzy for her hard work; thanks her for her dedication and commitment to serve her community through volunteer work, and wishes her all the best for the future.
