That the Parliament commends Reuben Urquhart, of East Sutherland Athletics Club, for being crowned the under-11 champion in the North District Cross Country League season; recognises that the Edderton Primary School pupil had an outstanding season, coming in first place in all five North League Cross Country meetings; notes that Reuben held onto his Ross-Shire County Championship title at the Ross-Shire Winter Series Running events, and finished in second place at the Scottish Primary Schools Cross Country Championships in Kirkcaldy, which saw competition from across the country, and wishes Reuben success in future competitions as he looks to test himself in the under-13 section.
